Wednesday evenings
All newcomers to Gloria Dei are welcomed to this informal gathering with Pastor
Gary.
Topics include the Christian faith, the Lutheran tradition, learning more about
the Gloria Dei congregation and have a chance to meet and get to know some other
people who are also new to Gloria Dei. Time is given to your questions with the
purpose of welcoming you.
Talk with Pastor Gary if you have an interest.
Childcare will be available.
Dei Light Small Groups
BIBLE STUDY
Are you seeking an
opportunity like this? An interest group is forming to explore resources for
study in a small group setting. Small group study provides learning on numerous
levels:
*getting to know others in your church
*growing in your bible knowledge
*applying faith to your life
*addressing the wider life issues and changes that come
*building your awareness and ownership in the life of your
congregation
*discovering ways to let your faith shine and serve

COMMUNITY PRESCHOOL
and KINDERGARTEN
CONFIRMATION
A two year study of the Bible
and Lutheran Catechism to build faith.
For youth in 7th and 8th grades
7th and 8th grade students are encouraged to be a part of this
two year study of the Bible and Martin Luther's Catechism.
EARLY COMMUNION CLASS
For elementary age children who desire to
participate in Holy Communion.
